Christopher Warren, 27, and Scott Cavell, 26, were both charged in federal court last week with bank and mail fraud for their earlier involvement in Loomis Wealth Solutions, described by an IRS investigator as a real estate Ponzi scheme with losses estimated at $100 million.In the radio program, both men encourage investors to contact them for real estate purchases and financing."Not only can you (achieve) positive cash flow, but you can essentially triple your money in the matter of a few years," Cavell said on the recording. "I would recommend talking to someone that knows what they're doing. Cavell-Warren Real Estate is an investment company that we also run."In his pitch to a local talk radio station, Warren asked for a one-hour time slot immediately adjacent to another program focusing on personal finance.There was no indication the talk show ever got past the initial discussions with executives at the radio station.

There are three people who would know where Scott Cavell is hiding. His best friend is Charles Anthony Hughes. Scott Cavell also rented a bedroom at Anthony's house located somewhere on 52nd Street in Downtown Sacramento. Anthony's telephone(916) 222-6666. Scott's mother, Judy Cavell lives near Del Paso Country Club with her new husband, am ex-Catholic Priest. She would play an active role in hiding her son. Scott Cavell's father lives in Waikiki Beach with his new wife. They also own 1/12th of a condo located at 1804 Ala Moana Blvd. (PHB). Telephone #808-947-1063 (another great place for Scott to hide) Scott could also be hiding in his father's saleboat located in front of the Illikai Hotel. I must admit, I'm impressed by Scott Cavell's ability to avoid arrest. He's a smart guy.
I had the wrong telephone number for Anthony (Scott's best friend and former roommate). It's 224-6666. Anthony's got an office at 1101 Fulton Avenue and lives somewhere on 52nd Street. He also learned about phony appraisals, phony applications and $50,000 kickbacks while working with his girlfriend Karen Curtin (as a straw man) and purchasing several houses on Las Palmas and Woodmore Oaks with the phony appraisals exceeding the actual purchase price, thus obtaining those $50,000 kickbacks (taught by his best friend, Scott Cavell).

Whoever thinks Scott's "bestfriend" is Anthony obviously doesn't know Scott at all or what they are talking about. They are only acquaintances through family. Leave his family out of this they don't know anything, nor does Anthony whom he only lived a short period of time with in 2004 before all this started happening.
I was trying to find out what happened with scott through news articles. I knew him through highschool. Is he still on the lam?

Remember that straw man named Karen Curtin who helped obtain all those $50,000 kickbacks with the phony appraisals that helped cause the greatest financial crises since the great depression? Karen Curtin was murdered in late January 2010.
It's so wierd thinking back that all that time I had no idea he'd have to leave just like in the movies. But, I do know that leaving his families information like that makes me at least glad for him that he could maybe get away from people like you. His family is left to wonder just like the rest of us. There's probably less than a handful of people that could recognize him, including his family if they saw him.
