Alan Fabian owes more than $52 million to more than 100 creditors and lists assets of less than $3.7 million.

Forty-four-year-old Alan Fabian submitted the 92-page filing on Wednesday. He says he owes more than $52 million to more than 100 creditors and lists assets of less than $3.7 million.Fabian pleaded guilty to counts of mail fraud and filing false tax returns in May and was sentenced in October to nine years in prison for the computer hardware and software sale and lease-back scheme.He says he was recently informed of the date he must report to prison, but would not disclose it.
