Shane Senter, 36, is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court

Shane Senter, 36, is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Hillsborough County Superior Court on two counts of theft and four counts of unfair or deceptive business practices.Senter was the owner of JumpCon LLC and tried to organize a series of science fiction conventions with celebrity guests.In July, he posted a message on his Web site, www.jumpcon.net, apologizing for the cancellation of a convention in Boston, saying that running a convention business is "far more intricate and fraught with peril than it seemed at the outset."
